Hey guys. For my first airsoft l bought an MP5 A4 from airsoftgi. l cleaned my gun today, charged the battery for the recommended time and tried to fire it but no bbs came out. These bbs that l bought are firepower pro .20 grams and are bought from a sporting goods store. l have some good ones on the way.

Are there any suggestions on what l should do. The motor and everything still works because it fires air and airsoftgi tested it and it fired 410 fps.

I've dealt with this problem with this exact gun many times.

You see, the problem is that it is not properly lubricated. Take some basic cooking oil, preferably olive oil and pour about two tablespoons in the hole where the bb is go. This will help them move around freely and not jam up your gun anymore. Perhaps this sounds strange, but airsoft guns were engineered around the idea that household products would be the only available tools and products.
