PLEASE HELP im so mad ever since l got my pellet gun a year ago l havent shot a rabbit and l need yur tips to get me the rabbit l want Please Help??THANKS SO MUCH

if you have been practicing for a year with your pellet gun, why do not you move up to a .22 cal, and practice with that for a bit and then use that for rabbits. It is much more practical and you will have better luck.

focuse and only focus on rabbits nothing else your time will come eventually.if it doesnt rabbits arent your thing

Well if you want to hunt rabbit. Well they always follow the trail they left behind so if you see rabbit foot prints thats where the rabits bein and will most likely will use the same trail when coming back. Rabbits like to stick near to where they live in other words they dont go far from home.

Rabbits are always in thickets in the south. l do not know where you live but hope that helps. Get a cotton tail call but it also calls for coyotes so watch out if you get it.

l live on the eastern end of long island,it used to be alot of farmland until it became fashionable for the rich to live+develop here.So these r the things l can impart to you.If you're in a rural area,you need to find an area where there r brambles,like raspberry,blackberry or other bushes with prickers or thorns on them,away from the beaten path.Somewhere on the border of a treeline or field.Look for signs,obviously footprints(tracks)but especially poops,little black/brown turds in little piles.After tracking&finding activity find a good spot to hide out in,10/15yds is more than enough.Rabbits move around at dawn&dusk the most so get yourself set up 1hr.before either. In the morning they will be coming out of the cover&dusk going back to thier warrens.When it is misty or raining they do not like to be under cover,raindrops on thier heads makes them leave cover.If you're suburban apply these tactics but on a smaller scale,even in ur backyard u can usually find a rabbit or two creeping along a hedgerow.The pelletgun to me is a drawback,If you're old enough(& serious enough about baggin'a rabbit)get yourself a .410 or 20ga. shotgun & a hunting license & get out there before dawn&walk a treeline on hedgerow!!That way u will be kickin' 'em up left&right.Moving targets r more fun.One more thing,a wounded rabbit cries like a human baby,so(always,of course)do not shoot if u do not have a clean kill shot.If u do wound'em snap its neck quickly+humanely.As for squirriles,set up a birdfeeder sit still for a while & let them come to you,w/a birdfeeder or suet theres about 100%chance of squirril activity,just watch for the bending,shaking branches coming towards you!!!Good luck do not flinch!!Get Some!!!!

well rabbit are kinda hard to get if you don''t live in a rural area like l do. And pellet guns are kinda of weak to reach a squirrel way high up in a tree. So here''s what l would do, it sounds like you like to kill stuff much like me. So l would get some cat food put it in a container and l bet you that you could get a nice opossum.
