The buttstock on just about any shotgun removes by-
taking the butt plate off (2 screws)
looking in the hole and getting a long screw driver or socket wrench that will fit the bolt or screw head at the bottom of the hole.

Remove the rubber recoil pad from the stock. This pad is held in place by 2 phillips head screws.Applying a little water or very light oil to the screw driver will stop the rubber from wrapping around the screw driver. Next look inside the stock. You will find a bolt that can be removed with a large straight slot screw driver or a 1/2 socket. l prefer the socket because it grips better. You will need a combined length of 9 inches of ratchet, socket ad extension to reach the bolt.
