made between 1920 1939, exc conditon is 950 very good is 700 good 500 in this yrs modern gun values.thats if its a 99A early model. could be model 99 original version, made 1899 until 1922. exc conditon 1200, very good 900 & good conditon 695. there were many 99s made, 99dl, 993g, 99cd, 99c, 99b,99a, 99-375, 99-358, & then early or late models or each. if yours is the early model made between 1899 & 1922 it is there most valued one in that model. if it has half or full octagon barrel its early model 99 if not its the first on on my list.

it could be worth something, but likely not, the .303 savage round is not made anymore and many people have switched to the proven and dependable 30/30 winchester, and having it restored has knocked down it is value to collectors, since now it is not the original anymore, it is a fixed up.
personally I'd keep the gun as a momento, if it was your dad is gun.
