l have taken it apart trying to fix it and when l push the pistin it spins but today when l was playing l had to keep pushing the pistin every time before l could fire. After about 30 shots though l ran out of co2. So is it the co2 level or is there something else wrong?

no the air pressure is what matters

Sounds like you have an air leak somewhere, possibly one of the little tubes on the outside next to the thing you push. That is what happened to mine. I'd take it to a paintball shop and see if they can do anything for you.

Your cyclone feed system is definitely affected by the pressure in the gun/CO2 Tank. It normally requires about 400 psi of pressure to run the cyclone. If you upgrade the cyclone to a new ratchet (techt vortex mod), you can reduce the operating pressure to around 150psi.
